He is right about one thing...LeBron quit in the playoffs last year. That was obvious.

gilbert is pretty much nailed it..

he's gone over the cap for lebron..paid into the luxury tax..consulted with lebron on trades..

and the guy quit on him..his team and fans..

all the while miami plays it on the cheap..

and lebron rewards the heat..

Look, here's the bottom line:

Gilbert's #1 priority right now is doing everything he possibly can to prevent 95% of his season ticket holders from calling in tomorrow to cancel their seats. He has no choice but to play to the intense emotional state of his fan base in order to accomplish this goal. His perception outside of the Cleveland fan base is now a very, very distant secondary concern.

Gilbert should get Gloria James drunk and nail her before she leaves Cleveland. Also he needs to take pics.

Will anybody outside of the midwest really care how Lebron James left the Cavs by the time August gets here? I don't think so. We will all have moved on to something else. Cleveland and their owner should be thankful that Lebron was able to make their franchise relevant for the past few years, because their relevance just hit the tank. They won't be challenging Miami for a conference championship, because I doubt this team can even make the playoffs in the east now. Think about how bad that is!
