Honest question, if Lebron went to Chicago, what would happen when Rose's first contract is up? Is that after next year or 2 years? Would Chicago be willing to possible go over the cap to sign to him? Would Rose be willing to stay for less?

Same for Noah?

Last year (his second year) Rose averaged 21/6/4 on 49% shooting. Wade averaged 27/6/5 on 48% shooting. Rose is also 6 years younger than Wade (born 88 vs 82.)

I think defense is going to take a backseat in Miami. They don't have someone in the paint to back them up.

Will lebron be pippen to wade's Jordan? Not even close.

Lebron is an international icon, Wade is not. Lebron will be seen as the leader of that team, and will prob lead in scoring - but they will be better if he let's Wade score and expends more energy on D and rebounding.

Reinsdorf paid MJ 35mm/year in his prime. I don't think he would have a problem paying to keep a winning team together.

well let's remember that price was for the last 2 years of his contract with the bulls. He was paid jack **** for most of his career by the bulls and they rewarded him by paying him large as a giant balloon payment.

It isn't like Jordan was paid a lot less than the other all-stars at the time. The salary cap was 14mm in 93 when Jordan made 4mm. So he made about 30% of the cap, which is what the current max salary is.

yeah i just heard it's a done deal. i bet its not for that 5 mil per year figure, though, unless lebron, wade, and bosh are playing for less than the combined 51 million that was determined by many analysts
