Moral of the story -- Phoenix got a steal by trading a 2nd rounder for Goran Dragic.

So the story is the Spurs took the #58 pick and parlayed it into the #32 and in the process got a guy that was considered by many as a Lottery Pick who has now developed into a solid starting C.

The Spurs do more with less than any team in professional sports. Period.

Actually is a pretty neat turn of events there. I really like Blair. He's got some very fast hands and he's turning into a much smarter player than last season.

He does have really good hands. And he is turning into a very good interior passer. Seems like every game I see him play he gets better.

I think Blair was actually the 37th pick in the draft. I remember draft day when I was on a Spurs forum and everyone was praying that he would keep falling to us (at one point, he was thought to be a potential lottery pick).
