Wouldn't the best center in the nba be the best center in the world as well? For that matter, is there any position in which the best player is not currently in the nba? I think it's also arguable that the best at each position are also all American.

Sf-james, or durant if you so choose
pf- i know some will argue td, but he's not as good as gasol. If not it's hard to take stoudemire, garnett, griffin or love over gasol, so this may be the one position where the rest of the world gets a say. The simple fix to that would be to classify a Gasol as a center
