Good call. As a Grizz fan, I am thrilled that they are coming home with a 1-1 tie. They played tough last night and never let the Spurs really get on any kind of extended run without answering. Tough game and entertaining series so far. The crowd here in Memphis should be really amped for these next 2 games.

Tony Parker had his 3rd best FG% year, his 2nd best 3pt% year, 3rd best FT% year, 2nd best Assist avg, 2nd best in steals. Other than his PT avg which still increased over last year, but is 2nd lowest since the 05/06 season I wouldn't say he's really slipped.

Is he still scoring at the same clip? Parker's still better than most players in the league running the point, but I have it in my mind that he's not a 20ppg guy anymore. Then again, I don't think Ginobili has ever been a 20ppg guy, so I may be talking out of my ass.

Regardless, my point was the obvious point that the Spurs are a far superior team with Ginobili in the lineup over George Hill.
