It doesn't help now, but it was nice to see Bennett Salvatore admit that he blew the "inadvertant whistle" call late in the game. Rose should have gone to the line with a chance to cut the lead to 3. Instead, Atlanta got the jump ball & a quick basket to push the lead to 8, which pretty much sealed the game.

The inadvertent whistle cop out was weak. But he shouldn't have blown the whistle to begin with.

This series has been much better than I anticipated. The games have been tight.

This one is slipping away from Atlanta. Rose is awesome player, but the guy gets away with murder.

I hope that he guards Dwyane Wade next series. The officiating will be comical.

Ugh. Too stressful, but at least the Bulls will get the W. The defense in the 4th quarter (with 3 backups on the floor with Rose and Deng) was fantastic. The Bulls have played 1 complete game in the playoffs and are 1 game away from the ECF. If they continue to be inconsistent, Miami will kill the Bulls. If they can play 4 quarters each game I think they can take out the Heat and advance to the Finals.

rose is quite untouchable. how he gets these calls this early in his career is beyond me.

seems david stern is favoring the windy city yet again.

Is this a question? Taj has been playing great and needs to get more time. His defense and energy on offense were crucial to the win last night. I couldn't believe Thibs had the stones to play that lineup the whole 4th Quarter.

And Simple... Rose is getting calls because he is a superstar and was the best player in the NBA this year. Plus, I'm not sure Lakers fans should be casting stones about free throws. Remember 27 free throws in the 4th Quarter against the Kings?

But seriously, I know he gets more calls than he probably should but I don't think it's been bad at all in this series.

And I think it's obvious that Taj needs to start at PF, but I am an unabashed Boozer hater.

Cubby i'm actually just messing with deluxe and bigw. i think rose gets a few calls he shouldnt, and he has earned a rep with the refs fairly early in his career...

but overall he gets those shots and most calls because he's just quicker with the ball and better at getting to the rim than anyone in the nba. not because of favoritism.

I wish we were playing at home so we could have a HUGE second round champs party like they had in Miami last night...

If this team shows up in the next round, Miami is going down.

Should we wait until the playoffs are over to give Boozer a max extension? Or just do it now?
