Meanwhile, whenever their is a foul on Miami, a fastbreak for Miami, a dunk for Miami, or Spoelsta looking retarded for Miami, I have to see it 100 times.

In a way, they kind of have. It's not really a dumb comment at all. If the heat hadn't melted down those last six minutes, this series would already be over.

Game 1 was a four point game until the fourth quarter, Game 3 was all Heat until midway through the third.

They've been the better team, but they've hardly "dominated the entire series except for six minutes" as Van Gundy suggested.

Eh, I think people get too upset at JVG because they are Mavs fans and their team is losing.

I don't think there is anything wrong with what JVG, the Heat are the better team and when they play up to their capabilities, they can dominate.

The Mavs are a good team, don't get me wrong, but they benefited from a transition year in the Western Conference.

Are you freaking kidding me?

This years 2011 NBA playoffs have been the deepest pool of players and teams in years.

The Western Conference went 8 deep with really solid teams.

Most years the West goes about 6 deep with really good teams.

The East had 5 really good teams....and most years they only have 2 or 3.

I cant tell you how many years one of the elite East teams is still playing a patsy in the 2nd round.

Look at this Finals as proof.

In the post Jordan era of the NBA whoever made it out of the Western Conference was an overwhelming favorite to win it all.

In a number of years (1999-2003, 2007, 2009) The Western Conference Championship was for the title because whoever came out of the East was going to be soooo much weaker.

But this year?
The Heat are the best team the Mavs have played in the playoffs....after playing three really good teams.

The only difference between this years Lakers and last years Lakers is Sasha Vujacik, and Jordan Farmar.
