Ha I just saw the replay of Scola bouncing the ball off Love's testies. Maybe he had that reason for it.

Not a rocket's fan and I thought scola trying to knock the ball off love was a clean play. Thought it was an accident.

On that play Luis was just trying to throw the ball off Love to get the ball back. He wasn't aiming for his junk. And once he saw that he hit him in the family jewels he went up to him to see if he was OK. 2 different scenarios. Love is dirty and did it on purpose. Scola's was an accident and was concerned for Kevin once he saw what happened.

If the NBA fines/suspends him, those mad are justified. If he isn't, then your opinion is wrong and your eyes tricked you.

I'm sure he'll get a game or two. He doesn't have a history of doing anything dirty other than being a part of the UCLA squad that raped Sloan in the tourney. My dad still has that picture on his fridge. Total BS.

Love is thug and always has been. He is a smart and talented player but has always been a jerk.

I have watched how Love plays back when he was at UCLA, he never passes up a chance to take a cheap shot, a push here, an elbow there. He is been doing crap like he did to Scola for his entire career. Just with Scola it was clearly obvious and then he goes and lies about it. It was clear what he did and he did it on purpose.

Against us against UCLA I could never firgure out why the guy wasn't fouled out of the game. I mean he gets away with a lot stuff and he will just keep doing it and then cry like baby when he gets called. He is spoiled brat.

He has a lot talent, he is really a smart player, the guy is thug he is the opposite of the flopper who I also don't like.

If it had been a player like Ron Artest that he did that to it would of been a really ugly seen and Love would of been throwing up the what did I do stuff.

Great players don't need to be a holes, and Love is an ahole.

I was more looking for specific examples. Everybody pushes and throws elbows under the basket when they're trying to get rebounds.

I agree he got away with a lot in that UCLA game but I didn't see anything dirty. I saw some refs deferring to a star player and not calling him for fouls, but I don't remember him doing anything dirty.

He made an ass of himself against the Pacers last week, complete with postgame interview whining.

A no not everyone throws elbows, there is a big difference between going up strong pulling a rebound and spreading out then sneaking elbows to kidneys and solar plexis and things like that.

The guy feels entitled to special treatment and unfortunately the NBA does give differential treatment to some. But Love seems to never pass up a chance to push the envelope when it comes to doing dirty stuff.

You see a few weeks ago Scola hit Love with the ball while going out of bounds. Of course Love had given him a shove to send him out of bounds and as usual there was no call. So Scola just tries to through the ball off him so as not to ge a turnover. The ball hit love in the nads, it was a total accident. Scola has never been one to take cheap shots at guys. He plays tough and won't back down but that trying to do that type of stuff is not his type of game. Well Love took it personally and was just waiting for an opportunity to not get even but get ahead.

He should of been called for the foul for it was clear foul and then he intentionally kicks him in face on top of it and that doesn't get called either. He should of been kicked out of the game. PERIOD.

He later comes and apologizes, that's total BS, he knew exactly what he was doing. The only reason he apologized is two fold.

1. He doesen't want to get a suspend and signs of contrition may help lighting the punishment.

2. The Rockets play them again in the not too distant future and you don't want a whole team gunning for ya!

Love is smart and talented, he is also a scum bag!

If Kevin Love was black, he'd be known as Zach Randolph (the early days).

A 20-10 machine that has no impact on his team's win-loss record.

He also would have gotten much fewer All-Star votes.

ESPN had a nice clip b/w the two.

I learned two things:

1. Love got suspended for stepping on someone's chest.

2. Scola has reached Ginoboli level flopping strength

It is possible that Love looked down, saw Scola's hair and thought it was a rat about to gnaw on him.

Iowa, to be fair, the Wolves were absolutely awful before this year. What did you expect him to do? They were trying to run a triangle offense with a bunch of cast offs. I don't see how a PF who can average 20-10 and can stretch the floor to the 3 pt line isn't helping his team win.

I'm not asking Love to carry a team to a playoff series because I know the team around him isn't great, but I also don't think he's better than Aldridge, nor Randolph. So far, he hasn't had a positive impact on a T'Wolve season.

I have to just assume you're trolling with the race bait thing. You're comparing apples and oranges.

There are so many factors other than before Kevin Love and after Kevin Love to look at. Like HNIC said, he barely got any PT for awhile for some unexplainable reason. The roster isn't the same as it was the 3 years before he was there.

And yeah, Aldridge and Randolph may or may not be better, I don't want to get into that, but Aldridge has 2 more years of experience and has been on way better teams, and Randolph's rep was probably more from being a bad teammate and being a black hole on offense.
