For me, it isn't that I think we will steamroll the Lakers, it is more that I think the Grizzlies are playing better basketball right now and provide more matchup problems.

With that said, the Spurs and Lakers have not played yet. It will be interesting to see how they play against each other.

And with that said, I am not sure how much each game will really tell about the match-up. Kobe probably won't be at full strength for Wednesday's game. The next game the Spurs are in the middle of a b2b2b so Pop may not play everyone. As long as both teams are full strength, the last game of the series might be the most indicative of the match-up.

Interesting decisions some teams playing for playoff seed have, especially those who end with B2B or 4G5D, regular season for most teams ends 4/26, and the playoffs start for some teams 4/28.

A Spurs win tonight and the Lakers beating OKC on Sunday would be wonderful. Would pretty much lock in Spurs at 1 and Lakers at 3.

Btw, Thunder is 45-17.

Assuming higher seeds win, who would okc and/or spurs rather see in 2nd round....Lakers or clips/Grizzlies?

I'm not sure the Lakers could get by Memphis without Artest. They have a really good reason not to blow the game against Sac now. And, even then, Artest night be out for two series - or even for the whole playoffs. I have a feeling they are going to slam him.

The odds of SA and LA meeting in the playoffs this year is fairly low.
