kudos to Pau for outplaying him and getting the W when he got posterized.

[On the second dunk]I think it was pretty easy to determine last night and actually delivered a blow to Gasol's head. Without this move he would not have been able to dunk it. Without a doubt this is an offensive foul.
The first dunk is more questionable. Leaving your feet means nothing, moving backwards means nothing. The defender can be moving backwards. It comes down to the basic premise of basketball. As long as Pau is there at that position first, that's his spot. There's no rule that says a player has to move. The charge circle is irrelevant because Griffin started his basketball move below the hash mark.
The book says that a person is there in a defensive position, that's his position from floor to ceiling, and is part of the rule of verticality.
By definition, [the first dunk] should've been an offensive foul.
The biggest problem is the lack of accountability in referring today. This is the biggest cause for missed calls in today's game.

Well Gasol was inside the dashed circle, so no charge call. But maybe the elbow to the face should have gotten him something...
