Is Perkins any where close to the tech limit that gets a player suspended?

The problem with the NBA officiating is that out front, heavy breathing on a perimeter shooter gets two shots, while underneath, guys are allowed to maul each other on shots and while battling for position.

good physical playoff basketball. still not close to what i grew up watching in the early to mid 90s, but still, it's the playoffs.
