My guess is 25+% of NBA player take them and 75% have taken them at some point. They absolutely help with jumping, strength, quickness, speed, recognition, concentration, stamina,coordination.....everything you do in and for basketball.

This year, my daughter had to do a report on Turkey for class, so I had her focus on sports of Turkey. She actually did a report on Hedo Turkoglu. Of all the Grizzlies games she wanted to see this year, she actually requested the Orlando Magic to see Hedo, and we had tickets for next Friday.

I need to petition David Stern. He fines teams for benching players, but then he fines and benches players just because they want to grow like a human. Crazy.
