I agree with the sentiment that they're far from unbeatable, especially to a team like San Antonio, OKC, or even Denver imo. They continue to lack size, which can hurt them if the other team plays disciplined transition defense, and forces them into a half court game.
It should be noted, however, that Bosh was hurt for major portions of the playoffs last year. If my memory serves me correctly Dwayne Wade also had nagging injuries (as usual), even if his performance didn't suffer too much. This is LeBron's team though, and there isn't a player in the NBA even close to his skill level right now.
The streak is impressive, but it won't mean anything come playoff time. The reason the I think the Heat are the prohibitive favorite is that they are an improved version of the team that won it last year, whereas their main competition in OKC and SA are marginally worse. They will only have to face one challenging opponent before the Finals.
