During the Hakeem Olajuwon-Mitch Kupcheck fight, Jess Kersey tackled Hakeem to the ground as both benches cleared.

Ref Jess Kersey:

In the 'what if' category... imagine if Sampson's knees stayed healthy and Wiggins and Lloyd stayed away from the cocaine. That Rockets team would have been pretty formidable for years.
