I don't have a dog in this fight, but really, title smack should be limited to the big four sports leagues. Leaning on MLS, WNBA, Arena Football, World Team Tennis, Major League Lacrosse, Roller Derby, etc., for bragging rights doesn't really count.

There are 3 big sports, not 4. I'd say MLS = NHL. Then WNBA, minor league hockey, arena FB, etc.

San Antonio is barely a sports market. Not only do you not have a baseball team but you couldn't even support a football team. You're lower than Cleveland, Kansas City, San Diego, buffalo, Jacksonville, Seattle (before the SB), Nashville, and the list goes on.

Lucky for me I'm a Cowboys fan and not tied to any city, so city smack means precisely nothing to me.

But it's funny that rockets fans have to resort to city smack to justify talking **** about the Spurs.

Using the WNBA and MLS to prop up your town's sports history means you automatically lose. It also speaks volumes to the sports history of the city you're defending.

This team is what it is with Mchale as coach. They will be a 4-6 seed team every year and lose in the first round of the playoffs
