Got some respect from GMs, but about what expected

Looked like we were trying to work on our big and small lineups last night. Asik and Howard together was not pretty, granted Asik was rusty.

Better to toy with the lineup in the pre-season than to do it when it counts. I feel like having Howard and Asik on the floor at the same time really slows down our fast-paced game we like to create

I think that's exactly what they were doing. Use that lineup in the preseason because there may be times that we want to use it in the regular season. Thats what I'm hoping at least, because I'm not sure it's a lineup we should use that often when the real games start.

The Rockets response to the CSN Houston bankruptcy filing....Sounds like they are eager to resolve this crap and get on TV

Just watched a youtube video with Jalen Rose and Bill Simmons. Jalen predicted that Westbrook will leave for the Lakers with Kevin Love, and Durant would join Harden and Dwight in Houston. The only two guaranteed contracts we have for that offseason right now are Harden and Dwight. Jones and D Mo would be qualifying offers.

We're positioned to make a move later this year or in the offseason for someone big. Kevin Durant would be the pipe dream.

Who knows though. There's a lot of time before any of that goes down

I can't even imagine the level of despair in Oklahoma if that were too happen. That would be worse than LeBron leaving Cleveland. T&P for Presti.

A few thoughts:

1. I was glad to see the Rockets go public and say that they want CSN to go through the Chap 11 process. It was wishy-washy like they kinda sorta are on the side of CSN, and they kinda think that Crane is being ridiculous. But, maybe now Crane will ease up and we can watch our boys on TV sometime soon.

2. I saw the Jalen and Bill video about Durant going to the Rockets too. My heart skipped a beat.

3. #NBARank - again, how did we go from this to having 2 top-10 players? Crazy.

4. The Lakers have a starting lineup which includes Nash, Kobe, and Pau and most experts think they will be in the bottom half of the West. Vegas has them at 33.5 wins. Again, crazy.

Watching Duncan tonight try to throw up floaters over Asik and Dwight. It was funny too.. because these guys still have no idea how to play together. Just wait until this offense becomes a well oiled machine.

It's preseason, but the Rockets sure looked good last night. If only I could watch all games on U-verse.

As long as the players gel with each other all season, I think we have to be favorites to make the west conference finals. I think we should get some value for asik at some point. Although I like him and think he's a great player, he doesn't seem to for in this offense other than a backup for d12, and we can getlre value out of him than that in a trade

The Asik-Howard combo looked very good.

The Harden injury is a non-issue. If it was regular season, he would be playing tomorrow. If it was the playoffs, he probably wouldn't have come out.

Grizzlies looked like crap. I don't think last night was a case of Memphis going through pre-season motions. I think Memphis is taking a step back this winter.

Didn't get a chance to catch to starters last night, but another beat down pre season victory. Rockets have blown out Dallas, SA, Memphis in the last week.

Of course this is all preseason but it certainly is encouraging.
