I don't get it. Who would have to win for you to not claim its rigged?

It can't be the Lakers, Celtics, or Knicks for market reasons.

Sacramento can't because you can't "reward" new ownership.

Orlando can't because it would be repayment for Dwight or because they already won lots of good lotteries.

Minnesota would be getting "compensated" for Love leaving.

Charlotte made the playoffs so the league can't reward them for actually being good.

The city of Detroit needs a lift so that can't work.

If the most likely teams win, then its too obvious. So it can't be Philly or Bucks.

So that leaves Utah, Denver, and Phoenix but I'm sure someone could come up with some theory for them too.
