There are no teams in the league for which a lottery-winning conspiracy theory can't be concocted. There are plenty of good players to choose from in this draft. At least the Cavs tried to win. The Bucks and Philly still get rewarded for their glorious surrender with whats left of Embiid, Parker, and Wiggins.

Even beyond that there are all-star talents in the draft. Being anywhere in the top 8 is winning.
