I am a Spurs fan but honestly I don't pay too much attention to the rest of the NBA. I get most of my knowledge from this board which shows what kind of knowledge I have. I certainly don't follow anything outside the United States. However since LeBron is now back in Cleveland I am slightly intrigued about this coach. What do yall know about this guy and what is your opinion of him?

He coached a surprisingly good Russian team in the 2012 Olympics to Bronze. I've heard he's a flexible, good offensive coach. I'm interested in if he'll be Spoelstra 2.0, as in decent coach, but never elite, or if he could have done well without the best player on the planet.

I like everything I've heard/seen about him so far.
