We were about to board a cruise when the deal was announced, and for the majority of our house, Bane was their favorite player, and they were crushed. I could have told them that Ja and Bane were too weak defensively to ever challenge for a title, similar to the Lillard and McConnell T-Blazers teams, but I just told them it was because of a guy name Nico Harrison, and to blame him.

Bane brought it every night, but they had to try to bring in SF (Dillon Brooks, Marcus Smart, etc) who could guard PGs because those two guys just can't cover top guards.


We'll see what they do with the assets. While I don't believe this is the start of a teardown, that path isn't off limits yet.

Upcoming season starting like so many in the past.

Day 1 of new year: Announce JJJ extension.
Day 3: Announce JJJ injury, followed the next day of a surgery update.

Less than a month after announcing that Edey has had surgery on ankle





So down two starters for start of the season.

I don't know if it has ever happened, maybe Kyrie , but he then went to another team and did well.
