Couldn't be more bittersweet than that. This team absolutely needs CP.
I will say this - with how hard this defense has played in game 4 and 5, even harden playing so hard, I think that's why the offense hasn't shot well. They are playing so hard on the defensive end that their legs are tired.

GS is good at defense too, Kerr made a good switch in the last few minutes putting in Livingston...we didn't know what to do when we couldn't get Looney or West on an island

I agree. I'm just saying the defense we have played in these two games has been above and beyond what we typically see. Just think it's part of the reason some of our shots have fallen short.
