Trading EG and Capella (or God forbid Tucker) for a max contract Jimmy Butler won't make us better.

The advanced metrics strongly favor Butler over EG, and it's not even close really. However, I could agree that giving up Clint for him as well would be tough.
Tucker ain't goin anywhere.
I dunno, they have a lot of guys that they gotta pay this offseason. Are you saying Lopez will be one of the guys they choose?M.C. Swag said:
Milwaukee aint' letting Lopez walk. Especially for an MLE offer.
Yep, Milwaukee just paid Bledsoe and about to pay Middleton. Probably gotta let Lopez go. He ain't going to be as cheap as he was this year, that's for sure. I think Milwaukee is going to be stuck in the good but not good enough realm for a few years. (kinda like us, i guess). They're not going to attract any Free Agents.Hickory High said:I dunno, they have a lot of guys that they gotta pay this offseason. Are you saying Lopez will be one of the guys they choose?M.C. The reason they offloaded Tony Snell's contract was so they could re-sign Lopez to ~$12m. They can go over the cap to keep Brogdon and Middlton. Unless someone comes in with a ridiculous contract for Brogdon, they're keeping everyone, but I'm 100% certain they retain Lopez.Hickory High said:I dunno, they have a lot of guys that they gotta pay this offseason. Something has to change pretty dramatically with this team before next season starts if we want to win a title. There are a limited number of players that we can actually get AND will put us in title contention. Morey believes Butler is one of them.M.C. Swag said:
This feels like a panic-y move.
