Harden isn't going anywhere. And he never was.
Gerald Green has signed a 1 year deal with the Rockets. That may be the first positive news we have had this offseason.

Wall is good for basketball activities. He missed two full seasons. We will see where he's at i guess......
Feels good to not have to root for Westbrook anymore. He wanted out so it's good that happened. Guess we will see how much Wall has left, he should be fresh.

This seems like a terrible trade. They basically have the same terrible contract. That pick is a 2023 protected pick...That might be a mid round pick.
I'm not sure the rockets got really good value here.
I get that Russ is not the best "asset" in the world, but that seems like a really poor return given the invest made to get him.
Hopefully Wall magically returns to peak form, but I'm more worried he will get another leg injury that ends his career before he actually plays for us.

We got rid of Russ and didn't have to give anything up to do it. It's a win.

If Wall comes back as 90% as good as he used to be, it will be a fantastic trade.
The Lakers showing that the best way to defend Russ was to give him space and let him shoot or other wise make decisions on his own tanked Russ' trade value.
Russ was terrible to watch. So erratic and inconsistent. Good riddance!
I don't know what this team is trying to do.
Great trade for both sides. Russ needs to be on a squad where he can get empty triple doubles and gets bounced in the first round of playoffs while James needs another star to throw under the bus for 2021.
I don't know if the roster build will work out, but it is no doubt intriguing. Cousins and Wall are both essentially reclamation projects. Wood is actually extremely underrated, he really impressed when given the chance in Detroit last year, I'm not sure why they would just let him walk,it's not like they scored a whole lot in that sign and trade.
