Something told me the original trio of Thompson/Curry/Green would never fully return to their old form and this injury pretty much sums that up. Those 3 got way to much wear and tear on their bodies in a short period of time. Some people deal with it better than others. Looks like Klay Thompson isn't one of them

The Dwight Howard thing is very confusing. Either the Lakers flat out told him no or there was a massive miscommunication between the two parties that went on there. I don't understand why they would tell him no if he was going to take the vet minimum again. They need guys to take the vet min to fill their roster once they fill their last guard slot (KCP or Avery Bradley). He clearly proved his worth against Jokic and not many people can.
