You would only use "put hands on" if you didn't have something more substantial to say. If it had been pushing, hitting, slapping, etc., then they would have said that. "Putting hands on" is trying to make "touching" sound as dramatic as possible.

That 2nd half was absolute trash. Hard to watch. Confusing. Frustrating. 17-0 run coming out of a half where you pissed away a decent lead with loose play going into the locker room. That's the first time in the playoffs that I've looked at j kidd's coaching and said wtf
At some point, players have to make shots and execute the offense. I agree though, Kidd had outcoached him in game 3 and 4. He didnt make enough in game adjustments to enable the players imo. Giving up a 10-0 run happens, you gotta adjust and make your own run back at that point.
