I HAVE accused Pujols of juicing... and IF he is truly innocent... then he TRULY is pursuing legal action.

Rest assured... if he DOESN'T pursue legal action, even though he has declared he has, then you can have further confidence, that he is guilty.

Who am I missing?

Feign swings of charges... LOL...

You can also rest assured that he WON'T pursue the legal route, as he will expose himself to discovery that will certainly prove his guilt.

Glad to see that DallasAg has come around to my point of view after all these years.

Pujols has dropped the lawsuit after this:

"I would like to address Albert Pujols' pending defamation lawsuit and re-confirm that I have no knowledge whatsoever that Mr. Pujols has ever used illegal or banned PEDs," Clark said in a statement that was initially reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "I publicly retract my statements that Albert Pujols used such substances. During a heated discussion on air, I misspoke and for that I sincerely apologize."

He sounds as defiant as Roger Clemens. He must be innocent.

So now that he's getting older his power numbers are dropping as they should if he's clean. Hmm

The argument of PEDs in MLB is moot.

When it was exposed that over 30% of MLB were given a medical exemption for PEDs... it was pretty much an admission that MLB really has no intention of cleaning it up.

When you consider Pujols dominated MLB during that period of time, it was as much an admission that the question wasn't whether or not he used them... but whether or not he had the exemption, making it legal for him to use them.

30% have not been given exemptions to use "juice", which is what you've seem to have questioned about Pujols.

Honest question: Has Albert been one of the guys linked to the Adderall exemption? I've never heard that about him, but maybe I've just missed that news.
