Bryant is way better so far than our top 3 picks combined.

There is still time.. I'll hold out hope for a little longer.

It sure would be nice for Appel to develop a mean streak though and play like the best player in the draft.

Who are the Astros looking at taking in the draft? I remember this time last year it seemed like Rodon was the absolute prize, and no one else should be considered. However, he wasn't quite as effective this season, and there have been concerns about the innings he's racked up.

MyMLBDraft.com and Baseball America's mock have the Astros expected to pick Aiken, a HS LHP. Are they looking his way? I really don't know anything about it other than what the "experts" say.

I am starting to want them to take Alex Jackson.

Rodon is injured or will be... I'm afraid.
Kolek is cool, but I don't like his mechanics very much.
Aiken has the best mechanics out of all of them, but I just am so leary of high school pitchers.

So much for the Rodon prize we covered last year.

I wouldn't mind a Jackson or Nola pick if that means we can get a few higher picks later on like the Correa draft. That draft class has done very well in the minors.
