I hear nothing of his progress. I follow him on twitter and see him congratulating people all the time.... but what is he doing to get his ass back to pitching.

September callups I think is what they're looking at right now. I'm guessing he would be back sooner if they could really gain anything by it.

He also recently opened up about "fart bottle roulette" which sounds pretty awesome.

No need to rush, but my fear from the very beginning with him was that the injury was bad enough to require microfracture surgery. Recovery from that surgery is a bit of a crapshoot. I just hope he can get it right long-term.

If we were in contention he could probably go right now but since we're not, they're not in any rush. They had him throw a simulated game a couple weeks ago and didn't like what they saw...at least enough to put him out there with where the team is record-wise.
