cant tell if serious...... He is our best option for a number 1 starter, and we're not even halfway through his first start.

Yes I was over dramatic..

IF he keeps the ball high he will be killed..his fastball isn't what it once was

He HAS changed his pitching to where he is supposed to be a ground ball pitcher and I hope we see that and he is from Texas

Not impressed with him so far, he's going to really tax the bullpen this year if he can't consistently find the strike zone.

I admit, I never saw him pitch before tonight.

Worse...he was almost a 4 ERA pitcher last year in an average park...and he's our #1

Daniels has killed this team

Fielder sucks
Choo is hurt all the time

Don't get me started on Choo. I thought Gentry gave us more when he could get on base than Choo and cost a hell of a lot less, plus he was really solid in LF.

Starting to really wonder if Daniels had anything to do with the success of the Nolan years.


Really looking forward to see Fielder and Beltre get hot at the same time though, if that ever happens.

Trading Gentry was a horrible mistake. Guy was a ball player.

Also, Choo has done jack **** since he's got here and I don't expect him to ever do jack ****

I don't follow the A's too closely. I just know that he was underutilized in Texas. Decent hitter, got on base a lot, and had crazy speed on the bases. Good fielder too.

What exactly has Choice done since coming to Texas?


Gentry in his last months here was a run manufacturing machine. He was hurt most of last year if I recall.
