Glad they decided to play. I have three fantasy players on those two teams and them not playing last night didn't help my week.

Yeah, we live in the Hampden neighborhood. The major stuff was at the Mowamdin Mall. The Target store we shop is in that shopping center and we shop there. I buy video games at Mowamdin and get my car washed up the street from that.

My wife was awake at 2 am to the sound of helicopters and sirens. That was due to opportunistic looting down the street.

Crazy. My folks are mostly in Catonsville and Ellicott City or out in the county. The footage has been pretty surreal to watch for sure; yall stay safe down there.

perhaps some irony...the visiting team (White Sox) probably plays in the most dangerous neighborhood of all MLB stadiums.

The ChiSox consider the rioting near Camden Yards weak stuff compared to what the South Side is capable of

I think that's Jim Palmer.

I really like Jim Palmer. He's very soft spoken, but adds a lot to the broadcast... plus I remember his Head & Shoulders commercials from 30+ years ago. Good to see he's still winning his personal war on dandruff.

Oh, and they mentioned the lowest attended MLB game ever. It was in 1882. Worchester, Mass at Troy, NY. Both franchises had already been told by MLB that they were being contracted that off-season. The attendance was 6.

The fact that there is a record of it is reason #3387 I love baseball.
