I have tickets to game one of the world series this year (on Tuesday). It's been a dream of mine to do this since I was a kid, but I've never gotten the chance. The current forecast calls for a 90% chance of rain that day. Game two is scheduled for the next day with no chance of rain. I fly home to College Station on Thursday.

Let's be (hopefully very overly) pessimistic and say game one is rained out. Will the ACTUAL game one be played the next day, or will that still be "game 2" which my tickets won't be valid for? And if that's the case, when would game one be played? I hope that makes sense!

I'd think that unless there's a tornado or massive flooding, they're going to try to get the game in that night.

Game 1 would be postponed until the next day, so your tickets would still be valid.

Teams would likely just lose the travel day, which means highly unlikely you'd see any ace get 3 starts if the series went 7 (though neither of these teams would really need to do that anyways)

Bullpen gave up almost nothing in the 8th and 9th innings.

As frustrating as it is to watch the free swing at times, these comeback are just unbelievable.
