League fee is $100. All league fees are paid back out via leaguesafe, no commish fees. With 12-teams, the payout amounts and structure is:

1st place (70%) = $770
2nd place (20%) = $220
3rd place (10%) = $110
Surge prize is a second half (surge) prize, to encourage teams who have had a bad 1st half. It goes to the team outside of the final top 3 with the biggest positive points differential from the All Star break to the end of season.
