This is a Rotiserie League with the following hitting categories:
Runs, HRs, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS
And the following pitching categories:
Wins, Saves, Holds, Ks, era, whip

Yes, you can update roster daily. However, there is a total innings limit for pitchers of 1250 innings and each hitting position can only have 162 game played max.
