He's pointing out that just because a pitcher had success against a hitter earlier in the game doesn't mean he'll continue to have success against that hitter.

And you obviously didn't watch much of Kendrick during the playoffs.

A little. But I do know him enough to know what guys he's had little success with or what type of pitchers and it really isn't that hard to look up.
