Luxury Tax numbers to start the season. No surprise, Red Sox, Cubs and Yankees are over. But it's the bottom half that needs something done. The Rays, Orioles, Jays, Pirates and Marlins shouldn't be able to low ball that badly. If there is a luxury about, probably need a min amount too.
