For those saying the ATT sportsnet app wasn't working (I'm with you), was the error you were getting something to do with territorial restrictions? I'm in the territory (according to map all of Texas is included) but it wouldn't let me watch last night. I did a fubo trial in hopes that it resolves before I have to pay, but don't know. I have Directv login from my ranch near Hearne that worked all last year, but wondering if they changed something? Any help would be appreciated. Don't want to have to pay for FUBO if I can avoid it.

I had the same issue. I'm in Oklahoma, and it worked fine all last year. I found a stream last night but I hate to have to do that.

Why can't I stream Astros games?
Due to League Restrictions, 2022 games for the Houston Astros are no longer available via our TVE app and web player. We continue to have discussions to bring this feature back to customers in the region.

Will I be able to stream any Astros programming during the season?
Currently, there will be no streaming of Astros regular season games, pregame or post-game shows and/or any other Astros-related programming on our TVE app and web player. Please check back for further updates

It goes on to say why can I stream pirates, Rockies, etc. because they granted rights. This might be an Astros thing.

It happened to me the last spring training game when I loaded it on the app.
Didn't think to try it last night.

for last night's game...I just listened on the AM dial...

and then went to Astros twitter to see the highlights

With att saying the other teams granted the rights to stream this sound to me like it might be an Astros organization thing. I could easily be wrong.

I'll hold out judgement until the broadcast. If it's a quality broadcast, I'll let it slide. For example, the YouTube tv ones had some good features. Rather watch that then the espn games. Sure, I'd still rather watch the og home broadcast, but with 162 games it's not the end of the world to have a few on different platforms.

It is, but this broadcast is free. You just need an Apple ID.

It is. But it's gonna be an easy switch going from watching the new episode of Severance to the Astros

Last night I used the MLB TV app and a VPN with Express VPN. I had no issues streaming the game. We'll see how it does moving forward, but I had no issues last night.

I used Uzzu TV and streamed.
