So I finally am able to get my whole family to a game and we don't have Bergman or Gurriel (understandably) and Goodrum is batting 3rd ... FML!!

Wouldn't we agree that is the spot he would receive the most protection to possibly see better pitches?

Honestly, he has a .700 ops career. He's not above average, but he's also not Robel. Third isn't a great spot for him but it's one game.
Dusty Baker said Lance McCullers Jr. is close to throwing a baseball, maybe next week. "He's not far from throwing," he said.

I really enjoy keeping up with this thread about 80% of the time. The constant and insufferable *****ing about the lineup is already growing from 20% to like 60% of this threads activity.
. Anytime dusty sits someone we will have at least 20-30 posts about it

Tends to happen when you bat someone like Goodrum 3rd in his first game ... dont care if it works out and he hits 3 HRs...not a smart move

Not a smart move to win game 3 of 162. But it's a long ass season, and every game isn't a must win. Lots of other goals and objectives through the year. I don't know why he's doing it and, quite frankly, don't give a **** why

Again, his limit will be 75-80.#Angels and Astros are 0-0, bottom 2.
