Losing a top prospect to bring back JV will surely cement last off-season as the worst in franchise history with a Grand Canyon sized gap between the next worst

He got a late start to the season and took a while to settle in but in June/July (11 starts IIRC) his ERA is 2.38.
That's pretty damn good. Not to mention he's just a few months removed from winning a CY award.

I hope the Yankees keep all their pieces and do nothing. Then they walk away in the offseason. They have a 2 headed monster in Cole & Judge with a few decent bullpen arms and nothing else. Sounds like purgatory in the AL East.
