Love Garcia. Actually, I have a soft spot for all these Cubans that somehow escaped their country to play MLB. Seems like they are a tight fraternity. There aren't that many that have made it out, and I wonder what happens to those that get caught trying to do what Chapman and Garcia did. It doesn't seem like these stories are publicized enough, but maybe it's to keep the "how" a secret for future players.

Anybody know if Yuli Gurriel purposely waited until Lourdes was old enough before they could both defect? If so, that's an amazing story of sacrificing the majority of your career for your brother.

Problem is..a bunch of teams were doing the same exact thing. So it really wasn't an advantage….just like the roided up teams you still tout.
