I just love getting pantsed by our in state rivals when we have so much on the line. Honestly it's my favorite thing

It really is such a Rangers thing to do. Not sure why I expected different.

Looking forward to another offseason where players and coaches get way too much hype. Makes me think Billy Liucci is involved

It's a very Rangers thing to do. Have great starting pitching all season, only to get the worst starts by all 3 starters in the series that you needed to at least win 1. But the Astros took advantage and that's what happens when you still have championship players that still care and are healthy.

We need to seriously look at the rebuild up here. Seager, Semien, DeGrom, Eovaldi, Pedersen, and Garcia all are showing signs of breakdown. And the farm system has been really knocked down.

Kind of an aging group.
Seager - 32
Semien - 36
deGrom - 38
Eovaldi - 36
Pederson - 34
Garcia - 33

What else really sucks up here is that once the calendar turns to August, the media here just doesn't care about baseball one bit. Nobody to challenge the organization because it's football season.

That's year round. It's Dallas Cowboys all year, no matter what the Rangers do.

That's it . . . that's it . . . just a few more L's and we can celebrate playoff celibacy together.

Off-season golf trip . . . we doing a tour of Robert Trent Jones, Trump National, or straight to the British Isles?

Not really a golfer, but I swing at everything like Alex Cintron taught me- any kind of contact is good contact.

Pretty sure Cintron's mantra is "Just swing baby. Just swing" Contact is a luxury.

ESPN has Framber pitching on 1 day rest Thursday and Saturday. That would be quite the gutsy effort from the big burrito. Brown could go on 3 days rest Wednesday and Sunday. I still think Houston makes it in by passing Detroit.

Astros are not passing anything, but their lockers, before taking the rest of the year off.

Rangers could make money consulting on what to do in October without baseball. I need refreshers. Thinking about pickle ball or interpretive dancing.

Oh it was the rangers? I thought it was the 5 game losing streak this week that pretty much sealed our fate given it took our playoff probability from 68% to 9%

And of course it happened by somebody named Garcia hitting something really hard.

Those were cool. My son gave me the Seager one for my birthday. The moment I put it on, the Ags rallied for 5 runs against Florida in Omaha. I got in my 2009 Kia hatchback and drove all the way there, and kept the ring on until we lost on Sunday

Ok, so we don't have a MLB Postseason thread, but this is truly worthy of discussion. And I know all about Rule #1, but I don't know how to take a pic from my TV and load it to imgur.

Did anyone see the blonde woman wearing a scientifically flattering white top behind the Yankee dugout during Game 1? I first saw her when Bellinger was at the plate.

Incredibly talented.

You probably belong on the Astros thread, lol. I'm surprised the prude crew hasn't chased you off the Ranger discussion!

My all-time ranking of series would have to be:

2011 Rangers vs. Cardinals
2004 Red Sox vs. Yankees
2001 Arizona vs. Yankees

I think this LAD - PHI series is going to be historic and could displace something on that list. Mike Schmidt will throw out first pitch in Game 1. Would be incredible to see Matt Stairs throw out the first pitch in Game 2.
