Hypothetical - who would return a higher trade haul, Chas or Dubon?

Chas - Can play all 3 OF, has a good split vs LHP, career 110 wRC+/108 OPS+
Dubon - More versatile and can play the IF and OF, slightly below average career hitter 85 wRC+/86 OPS+

I know they are both versatile and cheap, but we probably don't need both
