Next time you feel bad about an Astro contract, realize Yelich has this year and then 4 more years at $26 million per. And then a mutual option the year after that where the Brewers either pay him $20m to continue sucking or $6.5 million to not play for them David Justice/Moneyball style.

Home boy hasn't been the same since he hurt his steroids back in 2019.

People bought Flea's salsa when he sucked in HTown

In Boston they'd burn his azz in effigy I think that's some of why he doesn't suck for now

Prospects for a rental, like always. The talent drop-off from the 2017-22 teams is painfully obvious and it's time to build it back up. We're looking at a second straight year of sub-90 wins and one or two mid level bats aren't fixing this team.
