The longer this goes with it fairly quiet the better it is imo..I think the sellers have prices that are too high, and no one is budging..as the deadline gets closer prices are gonna drop

I think Cease is the one thats actually for sure not happening now

He is a true rental and would have cost a lot.

I think we want nothing to do with that....as we shouldnt.
