You can get it in the T-Life app until April 1st. Regularly $150.
Would be sweet if they allowed this kinda setup through MLB.tv. Add on a local team fee and be done with it.jja79 said:
I'm in Arizona so I can watch the Astros. Since the DBACKS TV is through MLB I pay $99/year to avoid blackouts.

Any device with the mlb app or your computer via the browser.
If you are anywhere in Texas both Texas teams are blacked out for live games which sucks. But they are made available 30 minutes after the game finishes.
VPN works to get around this on non-cellular, WiFi only devices. For me that is everything except my mobile phone, because the location service features on modern phones are quite robust.
They make deals with local broadcasters to show the games. For the Astros, it's Space City Network. MLB.tv isn't going to offer a competing service to that, it would drastically devalue those contracts, and MLB and teams would lose significant revenue. So, they blackout games to people in the local market where TV networks hold the broadcast rights.jja79 said:
MLB is run by morons. How does it make sense to anyone to keep the people in proximity to your product from seeing your product and maybe want spend money on your product?
People living in Iowa (NO MLB Team) cannot watch the Cubs, White Soxs, Cardinals, Royals, Rockies and Brewers.jja79 said:
