- Right now the directions/distance in Google Maps is incorrect (way off).
- It's about 18 miles from Downtown Tulum. It takes around 30 minutes from beginning of Tulum (not into Tulum).
- 2 hours from Bacalar (4 hours from Cancun).
- Takes about 45 min from airport to Downtown Tulum. You have to go through downtown Tulum to get to the airport, so depending on traffic it could be shorter/longer.
- While transportation from the Tulum to local hotels is cheaper than from Cancun, it is still pricing fairly high.
