I'm on SQ 52 with a 90 minute refuel stop in Manchester, does anybody know if that requires a UK Visa?

And so does the UK do I need a visa tool https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa/y/usa/transit/somewhere_else

Just another tax I guess. I've heard we (USA) do the same thing to Brit's so I guess turn about is fair play.
