I have one in Pirates Beach in Galveston. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but there is a downstairs bunk room and upstairs pullout couch if you have more guests. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Comes with beach chairs, toys, canopy, wagon, ping pong table, 2 grills (Weber and Kamado Joe), original Nintendo, board games, washer/dryer, etc.
