I bought her an annual pass to the happiest place on earth and anticipate her being very excited about it. I'm going to give it to her for Christmas, but want to do it in a creative way.

Assuming I don't have a physical pass to present, what are some ways that I might surprise her that show I took a lot of thought into it.

Maybe I get some airline gift cards to get her asking what these are for and then the final gift is the annual pass ?

What's her favorite ride? Mine is Haunted Mansion and I took my son to the Halloween party at Disneyland one year. Before we went, I ordered some really cute Haunted Mansion ears on Etsy. I'm sure you could find some for whatever her favorite ride/character/movie is, and include them as part of the gift.

Maybe a scavenger hunt with written clues leading to the next. If yall have kids, include them

Good ideas. I ordered a Loungefly Disney Backpack (Fantasia light up Mickey the Sorcerer) and she will be super excited about the backpack. Then I'll tell her to open it up and she'll either see the pass or a clue to kickoff the scavenger hunt.

It's cheesy but I am very excited to see her face.

I thought about booking travel for her first trip ahead of time but that's flirting with disaster as our plans change so often. I'm hoping this pass enables her to take one of our daughters on a spontaneous trip to WDW throughout the year.

Sorry to be technical here.....but did you get an annual pass for Disney World or Disneyland?

-The "Happiest Place on Earth" is Disneyland.
-The "Most Magical Place on Earth" is Disney World.

You mention Disneyworld in the post above mine, so I wasn't sure.

If you need resort rooms, feel free to contact me and I will be sure to get the Annual Pass promotion applied.

World! Thanks for clarifying. I can't link the pass to her account bc then she'll get an email about it. So I'm waiting to book special rates until Christmas morning I guess.

I snagged three important weeks thru the year at the Dolphin (we really like this property) that I can cancel later if I need to.

I like the airfare idea... Something that leads into it but also makes it more concrete like it's actually going to happen.

Another idea is a calendar with dates marked off already for potential trips.

How about a special Magic Band? Then when she says "What's this for?" you can spring the AP.

Love that you said this because I've been thinking about it.

Could give her the backpack first to slightly raise suspicion. Then the band and she would start to really put it all together in her head

The happiest place on Earth is so not my jam.

But, my dude, I love how giddy/committed you are about surprising your wife. I love someone who loves someone so much to do this. I hope she loves it!

Magic Band is a great idea. Something physical to gift and directly relevant to the actual gift.
