Picking someone up tomorrow who is flying into Terminal B with carryon only, they don't fly much. What is the easiest way to pick them up with all the construction? Can they get to Terminal A and I just park in A/B garage or would it be easier for them to go to Terminal C and pick them up in C/D/E garage?
