AUS is just poorly run.
Last time I flew out of there, June last year on a friday, the precheck wait was easily 40 min.

That airport sucks and hasn't built out to handle to volume it moves.

I ran into an Ag I had not seen in 15 years(he was in the TSA pre check line) and he said she had been waiting for 1.5 hours. Very strange for SLC.

Waiting so long they transitioned!!!

AMEN!!

I posted earlier on this thread about the cluster**** we encountered at AUS on Dec 20 of last year...never seen anything like that in all of the flying I've done.
